I buy them all on principle. Straight forward, actionable, nice charts, clear explanations... Really good for existing stock traders who are tired of gaps through stops and want tighter risk management (and less micromanagement). After six years of swing and position trading, I'm not trading options yet, but this book set me up with what I need to know to shift some of my trading into that arena. Thank you, Ivan!

I have other books from the author and have never been disappointed. Swing trading with options is something I have attempted to do successfully many times over the last 10 years - but not consistent enough, greedy and insufficient risk management and too large positions. He addresses those potential issues early in the small book and adds more that will help novices or experts for example regarding watch lists, filters and so much more. It is a honor to receive this book and I already see improvements in my success rate and profitability. Worth the price!!! Thank you Mr. Ivanov!!

Since I started the Paul Mckenna Techniques, Last year in July, I have been constantly losing weight. on the average of 3-3.5 pounds a month. I have a 12 year old and this is the first time since his birth, I have been successful in losing real weight, not just water weight, without ever going hungry. In fact, the most important part of the program is never getting hungry to the point of getting irritable . According to the research, the number one cause of weight gain in the 1st world countries especially America is dieting, emotional eating the second. But all my life I have been an emotional eater and didn't realize it until mckenna explained it to his readers world wide. We have a billion dollar weight loss industry and we are still the fattest people on earth...why? simply because diets don't work. And his hypnosis techniques are great for calming you down so you don't overeat when stressed. This is not a diet and yes you have heard a lot of diets claiming it's not a diet but any program that restricts you from eating any thing, even a spice or a vegetable is a diet. period. this program lets you eat any thing as long as you like it. It has changed my life for ever, for better..Thanks, Paul Mckenna.Update:06/07/14... Still losing weight..did not gain back any. Although, the weight loss dropped to a pound a month as I started going to college and didn't have enough time to listen to the CD regularly. Even after a year, you need to listen to the CD at least 3 times a week to keep your motivation up. Back listening to CD. I am writing this update so if you are tired of dieting and emotional eating, please try.

I saw an article online with seven day access to the audio from this book (a 22 minute hypnosis). After doing it for a few nights I was amazed at how much it was working for me, so I began an online search to download it permanently which led me here to the Kindle edition. Unfortunately what others say is true, the product code provided to enter on the Hay House website for download of audio/video DOES NOT WORK and is invalid. The only reason I bought this was for the audio. So frustrated.

This is an awesome book. I have struggled with being overweight for years. I have always known the root cause was emotional, but could never figure out how to change. This book explains what happens in the brain when chronic stress sets in. This is a program that treats the root cause. I've only been practicing the program for about a week, but already let go of 5lbs. Try it, you will not regret it.

A cd is not in the book, you have to do a download from their website. If you do not know how to do this( it really is easy) or do not have internet your local library will help you. Take a cd with you. The book along is not enough. You really need the cd and the downloads to work this program. There are 5 downloads. This goes for all the book this author writes.

I love Paul McKenna and his books. They're very easy to read in a day or even two. I re-read it and then start implementing his suggestions in the book. I seriously love his voice and accent!!! Very soothing and relaxing. I don't even need to sleep to listen to the hypnosis part of the recording. I'm still working on the Havening Techniques in the book. I feel that it helps overall. I feel more positive after listening to the hypnosis. Whether you believe or not, it certainly lifts your spirits. Hoping this will help with my emotional eating and things that were stuck in my brain and under the surface for so many years.

The last weight loss book/plan whatever that you'll ever need. It starts working immediately & just keeps getting better. Big fan!
